Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. is seeking an hourly production team member to operate the Debone line on a rotation basis. You will rotate through positions such as cutting breasts, wings, pulling skin, using a saw, loading product, and tray packing, working as part of a cohesive team.

Position requires standing 8–10 hours and working in a cold environment down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, with PPE provided. Training and Lean practices are emphasized to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a cold environment down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Stand and move for 8–10 hours a day.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Debone line positions including cutting breasts, wings, and skin pulling.
• Operate a saw, load product, and tray-pack as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and support Lean practices.
