Qualifications

• Ability to rotate through multiple positions on the Debone line.
• Comply with Simmons operating systems (LEAN, quality, safety) and policies.
• Willingness to participate in team development, meetings, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform all positions on the Debone line and rotate as needed to include cutting breasts, wings, skin removal and loading.
• Assist on packing trays, loading product and coordinating work with team members to maintain flow.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and work in a cold environment up to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Participate in team meetings and support the team in achieving goals and effective collaboration.
