Job summary

StartupNWA in Benton County, AR, is seeking a Debone production team member to perform all positions on the line on a rotation basis. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility to rotate tasks such as cutting breasts, wings, skin pulling, using a saw, loading product and tray packing.

You will work in a cold environment, adhere to Simmons operating systems and participate in team-based efforts to achieve production objectives while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• To be fluent in all Debone production work on a rotation basis.
• Performs all positions on the line in Debone.
• Rotates positions as needed to include cutting breasts, wings; pulling skin; using a saw; loading product; tray packing and any other position in Debone.
• Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members.
• Attends appropriate team meetings. As a member of the Team, fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues; e.g., direction, annual plan, budget, policy changes, etc. Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues and actively look for ways, and reinforce actions needed, to achieve synergy possible within the larger organization.
