Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand scale and product numbers.
• Preference for poultry or food processing experience.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with leadership and team members.

Responsibilities

• Uses knives to cut and trim chicken pieces to meet company standards.
• Reads and uses scales for sizing products.
• Cuts and trims product to specified pounds per hour.
• Monitors product code, weight, and shape requirements.
• Notifies management if equipment and table is not in working order.
• Participates as a member of the Team and supports BE ST practices.
• Fosters cohesiveness and communicates issues to leadership.
• Familiar with Simmons operating systems and policies including LEAN.
