You will work on-site in Production, take direction from team leads, sharpen knives regularly, and maintain low scrape scores while ensuring timely line flow.

Qualifications

• Precise knife handling and portioning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced meat processing environment.
• Safety-conscious with adherence to PPE and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate cuts on the front half around the shoulder and scapula.
• Pull the breast downward to separate meat from the frame.
• Sharpen knives every 3–4 birds and change blades at breaks.
• Prepare presentations for wing cutters and support team objectives.
