Pilgrim’s is seeking a Broiler Service Technician to support flock health, welfare, and performance in our Kentucky operations. You will work closely with contract growers, monitor biosecurity, nutrition, and environmental conditions, and provide practical guidance to improve bird welfare and production efficiency.

Must have a BS in Poultry Science or related field, or equivalent experience, plus strong communication, leadership, and data-tracking skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Poultry Science or related field preferred.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
• Current driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong data-tracking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between the Company and contract growers.
• Monitor flock health, welfare, and husbandry practices.
• Record and analyze mortality, feed use, and growth trends.
• Maintain feed inventories and coordinate orders.
• Ensure biosecurity and company protocol compliance.
• Provide training and technical guidance to growers and staff.
• Assist with chick placements and bird movements.
• Prepare reports on flock performance and farm conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
