Tyson Foods is seeking a Breast Trimmer for our Forest, Mississippi facility. The role involves trimming poultry breast meat to meet quality and customer specifications while maintaining line efficiency. You will inspect products for defects and ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed.

The position requires standing for extended periods, working with knives and approved tools, and reporting any equipment or safety concerns. 2nd shift availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Trim poultry breast meat using knives, scissors, or approved tools.
• Remove excess fat, cartilage, bruises, bones, feathers, and other defects.
• Inspect products for quality and customer specifications.
• Maintain production rates and meet performance standards.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and USDA regulations.
• Report equipment issues and safety hazards to supervisors.
• Perform other production-related tasks as assigned.
