Furmano Foods, a family-owned company since 1921, is seeking an entry-level Laborer on the production line in Northumberland, PA. This role supports more specialized positions and helps with pouch-line duties, product inspection, and lid application as part of a collaborative team.

We emphasize GMP compliance, on-the-job training, and a positive work environment. The company offers a full-time schedule with varied shifts and seasonal overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of regularly working in various positions on the pouch line.
• Must be able to complete daily documentation accurately.
• Be able to retain job knowledge and skills from day to day.

Responsibilities

• Be a helper for more specialized positions such as brine room, filler, All Pax, etc.
• Perform various jobs on the pouch line, product inspection, putting lids on, etc.
• Learn additional production jobs and fill in as needed.
• Follow all GMP’s associated with this position.
• Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communicating and helping co-workers.
• Must complete required annual Training.
• Other jobs as assigned by supervisor.
