Job summary

Hanover Foods Corporation is seeking 2nd Shift Production Laborers in Pennsylvania. This entry-level role involves non-mechanical duties across the plant, including material prep, quality checks, and packaging. Responsibilities include stacking, labeling, packaging, line setup, and safety adherence.

The position supports a 3pm–11pm shift with a $0.50 shift differential. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, prescription drug coverage, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand documents/drawings/instructions.
• Ability to work with numbers and measurements in practical tasks.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Stacking boxes of products on pallets and shrink wrapping for storage.
• Inspecting finished product for quality and proper labeling.
• Packing finished product into boxes or totes; inspecting pallets, boxes, and totes for defects.
• Learning the line flow and setting up production of various products.
• Cleaning machinery and maintaining good housekeeping practices.
• Completing paperwork and reports during the shift; ensuring accuracy.
