Responsibilities:

• Washes/runs all dirty equipment (Pots, Pans, Plates, and cookware) through the dishwashing machine.
• Stacks andsortsclean equipment according to company specifications and moves all washed articles into the respective areas.
• Cleans drains and machines atendof shift andsanitizingworkarea as needed.
• Complies with all food safety and hygiene regulations asstatedin the Standard Sanitation Operational Procedures.
• Reports problems with the food safety management system to their supervisor and the hygiene and food safety team.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
