Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a dynamic Silverware Packer for Des Plaines, IL. The role involves polishing and assembling cutlery, napkins, and linens for flights and packing utensils per airline specifications.

Candidates should be able to handle substantial workloads, work independently or in a team, and manage time to meet deadlines. Flexibility for night/weekend/holiday shifts and long hours on foot is required. FT employees receive 401K and medical benefits.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook and reports problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
• Assists in inventory and perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
