Job summary

Regions Hospital is seeking a dynamic RN for the busy Postpartum Unit. The Birth Center houses 13 Labor & Delivery rooms and a Level 2 NICU, with an evidence-based care model and a nurse residency program. The role offers a Shared Governance structure and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position involves 0.70 Nights (11:00 pm - 7:30 am) with every other weekend rotation, and a focus on high-quality patient- and family-centered care within a large regional system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 1 year RN experience.
• Licensed RN in Minnesota.
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with patients from diverse backgrounds.
