Regions Hospital seeks an Inpatient Nurse Supervisor and Charge Nurse for the Birth Center to lead a passionate care team. The role includes supervising NICU, Postpartum, and Labor & Delivery units, while providing direct patient care when needed and ensuring policy adherence across departments.

The position emphasizes collaboration with physicians, midwives, and residents, plus participation in a multidisciplinary approach to care and safety. Evening/night shifts are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or Associate degree with BSN completion date in the near term.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Two years’ leadership experience (lead nurse, supervisor) or equivalent leadership role.
• Licensed RN in Minnesota and CPR competency every two years.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Birth Center units (NICU, Postpartum, L&D, OR C/B).
• Provide direct patient care as needed and supervise inpatient nursing staff.
• Coordinate with medical staff and ancillary departments to ensure policy compliance and excellent patient care.
• Work schedule includes a mix of evenings and nights as 0.90 FTE between Supervisor and Charge RN roles.
