Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on the night shift. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, apply evidence-based practice, and document care accurately.

The role requires active engagement in plan of care, prioritization, and timely communication with patients and families. A current RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred with updated qualifications.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN preferred; Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.

Responsabilités

• Assess: Performs assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from team.
• Plan: Develops an individualized plan of care with patient, family, and team.
• Implement: Directs care with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizes, and manages resources.
• Evaluate: Reviews patient response and revises the plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards, compliant with regulatory standards, and accurate documentation.
