Job summary

Intermountain Health's St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift (part-time). The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

BSN is preferred and required within four years if applicable; must hold an active RN license and BLS certification. The role emphasizes patient care delivery, documentation, communication, and accountability within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of hire.
• RNs with <12 months of experience must obtain BSN within 4 years of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assess: performs comprehensive assessments of physical, social, and psychological status and gathers information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: collaboratively develops an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: coordinates and delegates care with the care team to meet the plan of care and maintain timely documentation.
• Evaluate: reviews outcomes and revises the care plan as needed, ensuring quality and safety.
