Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with care delivery and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Record and report vital signs and other data to RN/LPN.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Support patient positioning and use of mobility aids.
• Collect samples and monitor glucose per protocol.
• Communicate patient information to the care team.
• Maintain infection control and PPE compliance.
• Participate in performance improvement and risk management.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow policies.
