Qualifications

• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families.
• Plan and implement care with standards and outcomes in mind.
• Provide health teaching and counseling to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, lactation consultants, and care team.
• Support discharge planning and patient/family education.
