TriHealth seeks a Labor & Delivery Nurse for Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH. You will provide hands-on, patient-centered care during the night shift, monitor maternal and fetal well-being, support labor and birth, and collaborate with physicians, midwives, and neonatal teams to ensure safe, empowering birth experiences.

The role requires an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, RN licensure, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualificações

• RN license and certification- required.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and family; document assessments per TriHealth guidelines.
• Develop and adjust care plans; coordinate with team and physicians.
• Administer medications and monitor effects in a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and neonatal teams to support labor and delivery.
