Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the postpartum night shift at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full-time role involves 19:00–07:30 hours with weekend rotations and requires travel to Highland Park Hospital when needed.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering comprehensive nursing care, collaborating with the care team, and educating patients and families about disease management and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL is required.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school is required; BSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a care plan and evaluates progress toward outcomes.
• Performs patient assessment and health data collection.
• Communicates care plan with patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Provides patient and family teaching tailored to learning needs.
