Position Summary

The Postdoctoral Staff Therapist position is designed for postdoctoral clinicians who meet PsyD/PhD requirements and are pursuing licensure hours. Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services for 21-23 hours/week, including initial consultations, same-day appointments, psychotherapy, and group therapy co-leadership. Offer crisis consultation and summer supervision/triage coverage.
• Supervise two advanced doctoral externs on part of their caseload and participate in specialty outreach programs or group therapy supervision.
• Co-lead training seminars based on your expertise, such as Multicultural, Group Therapy, Supervision, or Outreach seminars.
• Develop and deliver outreach programs and participate in informational and orientation presentations.
• Present on professional topics at seminars, participate in team meetings, serve on the Postdoctoral Fellowship search committee, and assist in internship applications.
• Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology completed prior to start date, including all dissertation requirements.
• APA-accredited doctoral program and internship.
• Experience providing direct supervision.
• Competence working within a cultural humility, inclusion, and social justice framework.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous counseling center experience.
