Job Description

We are seeking a Master’s-Level Mental Health Therapist (Contractor) (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.) who is experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented. You will provide high-quality mental health treatment, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to clinical operations. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Mental Health.

The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing patient care experiences, improving population health outcomes, reducing costs, and supporting clinician well-being. They should be enthusiastic, service-oriented, curious, and collaborative.

Requirements

• At least a Utah license; multiple state licensure highly desired

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, generate treatment plans, and deliver mental health treatment
• Support implementation of new products/technology
• Ensure outcome collection and analysis
• Prioritize whole-person care by collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams
• Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies, and procedures, and by recommending new approaches
• Stay informed on mental health research, news, and the competitive landscape

Additional Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health (psychology, social work, clinical counseling, etc.)
• Clinical confidence with various treatment models and conditions
• Experience working with diverse treatment units (individuals, couples, families, groups)
• Cultural curiosity and experience engaging with diverse social, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Flexible and eager to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and EHR systems
