Job summary

Qualifications

  • PhD in semiconductor physics, condensed matter physics, electrical engineering, or materials science.
  • Publications and conference presentations.
  • Experience with electronic device fabrication (including e-beam lithography).
  • Experience with 3He and dilution refrigerator cryogenic systems.
  • Low-temperature transport measurements experience.
  • Superconducting device physics exposure.
  • III–V semiconductors and topological quantum materials experience.
  • Semiconductor device and circuit simulation exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and contribute to team efforts.
  • Perform micro- and nano-scale device fabrication using lithography.
  • Conduct low-temperature transport measurements and data analysis.
  • Operate 3He and dilution refrigerator cryogenic systems.
  • Present results at conferences and publish in journals.
