Qualifications

• Highest degree completed within the last five years and able to start promptly.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate test chips with emerging devices prototypes using established recipes and fabrication equipment.
• Conduct experiments using state-of-the-art characterization instrumentation.
• Analyze device performance using established and custom modeling tools.
• Design and layout a custom printed circuit board.
• Present research progress at group meetings and technical conferences; write and publish manuscripts.
