State University of New York(SUNY) at Buffalo, Buffalo, United States
A postdoctoral research associate position is available to work on an NIH-funded project in the lab of Prof. Andrew Gulick within the Department of Structural Biology, University at Buffalo.
The GulickLab investigates the structural enzymology of proteins involved in the biosynthesis of bacterial natural products. Through combinations of structural biology, biochemical characterization, protein engineering, and biocatalysis, we aim to explore the ability of bacteria to produce diverse small molecules to help them adapt to the challenges of surviving in diverse environments.
