Responsibilities
- Collaborate with researchers on HPC, scientific AI, and edge computing data/storage research projects.
- Conduct I/O and storage performance characterization on multi-tier HPC storage systems.
- Collect and analyze telemetry data from HPC systems to guide design decisions and tuning.
- Explore DDR vs HBM usage and propose architectural improvements for mixed-memory workloads.
- Design and evaluate data/storage systems that are episodic, user-configurable, and composable.
- Coauthor peer-reviewed publications and engage with professional organizations.
