Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs experiments and performs data analysis.
• Conducts nephrectomy surgery to create mouse chronic kidney disease.
• Works on high throughput data analysis from single cell sequencing, CHIP-Seq, and proteomics.
• Performs molecular assays such as RT-PCR, genotyping, ChIP, Western blotting.
• Isolates primary cells from animals and conducts cell culture.
• Cleans and documents experimental results with careful records.
• Breeds and maintains mouse colonies.
