Job summary

The Cohen Lab at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to study trauma-induced coagulopathy and thromboinflammation. The role focuses on translational research using human samples, mouse models, and multiomics to map the protein C pathway and its therapeutic modulation.

Candidate will work in a NIH/DoD/DARPA-funded environment with access to state-of-the-art core facilities and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• PhD required in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, bioengineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience with endothelial cell models, microfluidic/flow systems, rodent models, and/or multiomics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to NIH/DoD/DARPA-funded projects on the protein C pathway and coagulation biology.
• Perform translational research using human biorepository samples, mouse models, and 3D endothelial flow systems.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to advance therapeutics development and data analysis.
