Job summary

The Dries Lab at Boston Medical Center is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to develop scalable computational methods and high-performance software tools for spatial omics data analysis. You will design robust analytical pipelines using R, SQL, and Rust, and assist lab members in interpreting complex spatial datasets.

Responsibilities include clinical study planning, protocol implementation, data analyses, and manuscript preparation with principal investigators, along with mentoring and research

Qualifications

• PhD in Genomics, Computational Biology or CS with strong programming fundamentals.
• Experience with translational biological data and computational methods.
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize analytical pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes clinical case data and assists in protocol design.
• Advises on method development and protocol modifications.
• Collaboratively designs experimental protocols and develops methods.
• Records and analyzes data using statistical software.
• Interprets results and presents findings at meetings.
• Contributes to abstracts and manuscripts with investigators.
• Performs literature searches to locate new techniques.
• Pursues ongoing clinical training with mentoring.
