Qualifications

• PhD required in Genomics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming fundamentals with translational biological data experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical case data to evaluate research methods.
• Design and implement experimental protocols and analysis pipelines.
• Develop robust software tools and pipelines using R, SQL, and Rust.
• Present research findings at sectional and national meetings.
