Qualifications

• Education: PhD (or near completion) in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related field.
• Core Technical Expertise: Strong background in molecular biology, genomics, cell biology, or bioengineering, with ability/enthusiasm to apply single-cell multi-omic assays or CRISPR-based tech.
• Sequencing Experience: Proficient in standard molecular biology techniques and NGS library preparation downstream of single-cell assays; exposure to short- and long-read sequencing.
• Data Analysis: Working knowledge of computational genomics analysis using R and/or Python.
• Publication Record: Demonstrated track record of productivity (first-author pubs, preprints, or patents).
• Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead design, development, and optimization of single-cell multi-omic tech, focusing on high-throughput CRISPR perturbation screens.
• Interpret and analyze complex single-cell genomics data using diverse analytical methods and AI-based approaches.
• Collaborate with academic and scientific partners to advance novel platforms.
• Publish primary research in high-impact journals and present findings at seminars and conferences.
