Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Faculty of Physiology & Biophysics, invites postdoctoral fellows to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and ALS. The lab investigates how mitochondrial dysfunction and metabolic dysregulation drive disease progression.

Qualifications

• PhD and/or MD in neuroscience or related field.
• Experience in neurodegenerative disease, mitochondrial biology, iPSC models, or transgenic mouse models is desirable.
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects investigating molecular mechanisms of mitochondrial damage in neurodegenerative diseases.
• Contribute to development of disease-modifying therapeutic approaches.
• Publish findings and present at seminars and conferences.
