Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in a quantitative field with a strong biological basis.
• Experience with multi-omic data (RNA expression, proteomics, epigenomics, genetics) at bulk and single cell levels.
• Proficient in programming and able to work with scientists to deliver on objectives within timelines.
• Independent, self-motivated, innovative, and able to excel in a fast-moving, goal‑oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Construct an analytic framework by integrating perturbation, ontology and cellular phenotyping with molecular datasets to enhance target evaluation and patient stratification.
• Apply inference and ML methods to link targets to disease pathways and predict mechanisms with toxicity considerations.
• Provide modeling of multimodal data to predict pathway activity and synergistic effects.
• Use statistical modeling and AI/ML methods to identify targets and biomarkers in immune-mediated diseases.
• Provide design and analysis consultation for Immunology colleagues and enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate computational findings to support biological and pharmacological validation.
