You will apply ML/AI methods to analyze large-scale clinical and biological data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help translate computational findings into experimental validation and

Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in a quantitative field with a strong biological basis.
• Experience with multi-omic data (RNA expression, proteomics, epigenomics, genetics) at bulk and single-cell levels.
• Proficient in programming and computational skills; able to collaborate across scientific teams.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to excel in a fast-moving team environment.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills with a track record of publications.

Responsibilities

• Construct analytic frameworks integrating perturbation and cellular phenotyping with omics datasets to enhance target evaluation.
• Apply ML methods to link targets to disease pathways and predict mechanisms.
• Model multimodal data to predict target activity and synergistic effects.
• Translate computational findings to support functional and pharmacological validation.
