Qualifications

  • Knowledge of TCAD simulation is beneficial.
  • Excellent English communication in an international research environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, fabricate, and characterize advanced FDSOI devices for neuromorphic computing.
  • Develop and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes in a cleanroom.
  • Perform electrical characterization and analyze device performance.
  • Support device simulation and optimization using TCAD tools.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and publish results.
