Job description:Postdoctoral Researcher – FDSOI Devices for Neuromorphic Computing
Neuromorphic computing is emerging as a key technology for future energy-efficient artificial intelligence. At
, we develop innovative semiconductor devices and circuits based on fully depleted silicon-on-insulator (FDSOI) technology for next-generation AI hardware. This position focuses on the design, fabrication, characterization, and modeling of novel FDSOI devices for neuromorphic computing. You will demonstrate the feasibility and performance of innovative FDSOI device concepts and support their transfer into practical applications through close collaboration with a deep-tech startup. You will work in an internationally recognized research environment with access to state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities and collaborate with leading academic and industrial partners. Your research will help bridge the gap between fundamental device innovation and real-world neuromorphic computing systems.
