Tong’s laboratory studies cytokine receptor signaling in replication stress, DNA repair, and ubiquitin signaling in hematopoietic stem cells, bone marrow failure, and leukemia. Candidates should have a Ph.D.

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree required.
• Experience in biochemistry, cell biology and molecular biology relevant to stem cell research.
• Experience with mouse models is required or highly desirable.

• Perform state-of-the-art CRISPR/Cas9 screens to identify novel therapeutic targets in hematopoietic stem cell diseases.
• Investigate mechanisms safeguarding genome integrity during DNA replication and their impact on stem cell function.
