Job summary

• Strong track record in mass spectrometry data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Characterise collagen and keratin sequence diversity across thousands of genome assemblies.
• Translate diversity into a reference resource for mass spectrometry species identification.
• Develop pipelines for ZooMS and LC-MS/MS data analysis.
• Conduct research in bioinformatics and computational proteomics.
• Carry out teaching and other duties as required.
