Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in life sciences, computer science, bioinformatics, data science, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with genomic and high-throughput sequencing data.
• Familiarity with HPC environments and Slurm.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze large-scale sequencing data.
• Design and automate pipelines for data summarization, visualization, and QC.
• Develop bioinformatic tools and benchmark computational methods.
