• Record of productive, rigorous research with at least one first-author publication or preprint.
• Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology.
• Ability to drive a project independently and troubleshoot creatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret independent wet-lab research with mentorship.
• Develop and optimize experimental systems (CRISPR screening, glycoengineered cells, immune co-culture).
• Analyze high-dimensional datasets with computation and develop fluency to interrogate your own data.
• Present results at lab meetings and conferences; prepare first-author manuscripts.
