Job summary

The laboratory of Dr. Jianping Li at Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, Thomas Jefferson University, seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to work on NIH/NCI-funded projects investigating chromatin regulators and immune interactions in blood cancers.

The candidate should have a recent PhD/PhD-MD in molecular biology or related fields and a strong interest in cancer epigenetics and translational research.

Qualifications

• PhD or PhD/MD in molecular biology, T-cell immunology, cancer biology, or related fields.
• Strong interest in chromatin regulation, cancer epigenetics, stem cell biology, immune interactions, or CNS infiltration.
• Experience in molecular cloning, CRISPR editing and screening, multi-omics sequencing analysis, flow cytometry and sorting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth molecular and cellular experiments to study chromatin regulators and immune interactions in blood cancers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on NIH/NCI-funded projects and contribute to data analysis and interpretation.
• Assist in manuscript preparation and dissemination of findings; participate in career development toward independent research.
