UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher in computational cancer biology and multimodal data integration. The fellow will develop computational approaches across genomic, imaging, and clinical data, collaborating with experimental and clinical teams.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in R and/or Python.
Experience analyzing multi-omics, single-cell or spatial data is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead a primary project aligned with interests and expertise.
Collaborate with experimental and clinical investigators.
Develop and apply computational approaches and reproducible workflows.
Contribute to independent research portfolio through mentorship and data access.
