UT MD Anderson invites applications for a Senior Data Scientist (Computational Biology) to lead analyses of multi-modal cancer datasets within the Immunotherapy Platform. You will design and execute computational analyses, collaborate with clinicians and researchers, and contribute to publications and grant applications.

Competenze

• Five years experience in scientific software or industry programming with a concentration in scientific computing.
• With master's degree, three years experience.
• With PhD, one year experience.
• Genomic experience and developing AI models are a plus.
• Experience with single-cell RNA-seq and/or spatial transcriptomics is preferred.

Mansioni

• Analyze high-dimensional biomedical datasets including single-cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics.
• Characterize tumor microenvironment and immune cell states.
• Integrate genomic, spatial, proteomic and clinical data.
• Develop reproducible and scalable analytical workflows.
• Apply Python and/or R to data processing and analysis.
• Contribute to manuscripts with expectation of first or co‑first authorship.
