Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience leading computational analyses of large-scale omics datasets.
  • Ability to develop reproducible computational pipelines for data processing and visualization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with experimental scientists and interpret results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead computational analyses of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, epigenomics, and spatial multi-omics datasets.
  • Develop and implement reproducible pipelines for data processing, QC, statistics and visualization.
  • Integrate multi-modal datasets to uncover molecular networks and disease mechanisms.
  • Apply network-based approaches to gene regulation, signaling and cellular interactions.
  • Collaborate with experimental teams to design studies and generate testable hypotheses.
  • Contribute to manuscript preparation, grant applications, and funding proposals.
  • Present findings at lab meetings and conferences.
  • Mentor junior lab members in computational biology and data analysis.
  • Help build a collaborative, rigorous, and reproducible research environment.
