Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in quantitative, computational, or biomedical discipline.
• Programming proficiency in Python, Julia, R, or MATLAB; background in mechanistic modeling.
• Familiarity with inflammation, cytokine signaling, sepsis, or critical care biology.

Responsabilités

• Develop fast, interpretable model components linking immune dysfunction to organ injury; map clinical time-series to model states.
• Collaborate with national consortium partners; prepare milestone-ready contract deliverables and model packages.
• Write technical publications and present findings to the scientific community.
