This role also serves as a Passport Acceptance Agent, maintaining required certifications and providing passport services.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in postal courier, delivery or mail processing/shipping.
• Be certified as a U.S. Department of State Passport Acceptance Agent.
• Knowledge of USPS guidelines / regulations and experience in postal related operations.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, sort, and deliver mail and parcels on campus.
• Maintain delivery routes and vehicle records.
• Operate as Passport Acceptance Agent and provide passport services.
