Job summary

The Postal Courier at University of South Carolina provides mail and parcel processing, tracking, sorting and delivery across the USC community, including about 9,000 on-campus residents. This role also serves as a Passport Acceptance Agent, delivering passport services and maintaining required certifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of related experience.
Valid SC Driver's License; ability to obtain Passport Agent certification within 12 months.
Experience with postal operations, tracking systems, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform U.S. Department of State Passport Acceptance Agent duties and maintain required certifications.
Enter and track inbound mail and parcels using internal parcel tracking systems.
Sort, deliver and collect campus mail along established routes on USC campuses.
Assist with Student Package Pickup operations and maintain vehicle/route records.
