Job summary

CME Group in Chicago is seeking a Post-Trade Client Services Analyst to assist with onboarding new clients and platforms, engage customers on initiatives, and maintain relationships while supporting day-to-day workflows.

You will collaborate with multiple groups, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements, with a strong emphasis on communication and customer service across asset classes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or quantitative field.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of CME Clearing infrastructure and ability to solve problems across all asset classes/initiatives
• Completes internal operational processes, particularly account set-ups and trade submission workflows
• Effectively solves client and operational issues, with assistance as necessary
• Supports CME Group's effort to develop innovative enhancements that improve our team and our customers' experience
• Suggests ideas to improve the customer experience and improve internal processes and generates a plan to implement the enhancement or idea
• Provides excellent customer service across all asset classes and initiatives
• Develops strong relationships with customers by providing clear/professional responses to client queries,
• Assisting with customer calls and/or in-person visits
