CME Group is seeking a Post-Trade Client Services Analyst to assist with client onboarding, engage customers on new initiatives, and provide day-to-day support. You will handle operational issues, support trade workflows, and document enhancement requests to improve processes and the customer experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Quantitative field
• Must work well in a team environment
• Self-motivated individual
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates mastery of CME Clearing infrastructure and ability to solve problems across all asset classes/initiatives
• Completes internal operational processes, particularly account set-ups and trade submission workflows
• Effectively solves client and operational issues, with assistance as necessary
• Supports CME Group's effort to develop innovative enhancements that improve our team and our customers' experience
• Suggests ideas to improve the customer experience and improve internal processes and generates a plan to implement the enhancement or idea
• Provides excellent customer service across all asset classes and initiatives
• Develops strong relationships with customers by providing clear/professional responses to client queries, Assisting with customer calls and/or in-person visits
