Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in operational or client servicing background, or within an institutional trust environment.
• Experience in fund operations, recordkeeper activity and client-facing operations.
• Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute client cash flows and trades for fund products.
• Coordinate trade administration for complex investment accounts.
• Manage service requests from clients and partners; oversee daily activity.
• Communicate trade status and required documents to clients and vendors.
• Identify service efficiency improvements and drive operational enhancements.
