Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Post Surgery A3 Team. You will participate in a Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 183-bed facility, delivering personalized patient care and collaborating with physicians to shape treatment plans.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and patient education to improve outcomes. Flexibility for three 12-hour shifts with weekend/holiday rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
